By accessing or using SignalCI ("the Service"), operated by SignalCI ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SignalCI is a market intelligence tool that helps founders and entrepreneurs evaluate business ideas. The Service scans publicly available information to assess market saturation, identify competitors, analyze review sentiment, and generate strategic briefs. The Service crawls publicly accessible web pages and review platforms and does not access private, password-protected, or restricted content.
By using the free scan feature, you acknowledge and agree that:
Public visibility is the default. If you do not want your market category to appear publicly, you must purchase the Private Brief option ($19) within 5 minutes of running your scan. After 5 minutes, the scan becomes permanently public and cannot be made private.
SignalCI operates on a pay-per-brief model. There are no recurring subscriptions.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. All purchases are final — no refunds are offered, as the analysis is generated and delivered instantly upon purchase.
A free scan does not require an account. To purchase a brief, you must create an account using Google OAuth or email verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

The Service analyzes publicly available websites, review platforms, and community forums. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or analysis provided. AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.
You retain ownership of your input (idea descriptions and URLs). We retain ownership of the analysis, insights, reports, and AI-generated content produced by the Service. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your purchased briefs for your own business purposes.
The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by SignalCI and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.
Ideas submitted to the Service are not treated as confidential unless the Private Brief option is purchased. We do not claim ownership of your ideas, but we reserve the right to display anonymized market categories derived from free scans.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalCI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any analysis or recommendation will result in business success.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Previously purchased briefs will remain accessible for 30 days after termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
