SignalCI is a competitive intelligence platform that monitors publicly available competitor websites, detects changes, and provides AI-powered analysis. The Service crawls publicly accessible web pages and does not access private, password-protected, or restricted content.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Paid plans are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.
The Service monitors publicly available websites. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or analysis provided. AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.
You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service (such as competitor URLs and configuration). We retain ownership of the analysis, insights, and reports generated by our platform.
The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by SignalCI and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalCI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
